Romantic orientation. To what gender or genders someone is romantically attracted; who that person may fall in love with. For example, being biromantic, heteroromantic, homoromantic or aromantic. Romantic orientation is usually mentioned when it’s different from someone’s sexual orientation. This is because it’s often assumed that a person’s sexual and romantic orientation are the same.
