Clitoris. This is the main organ for physical sexual pleasure that’s part of the vulva; people often call it the “clit.” It has a glans (head) that’s outside the body—a tiny bud of flesh at the top end of a vulva covered by a hood of flesh—and a much bigger part inside the body that partially surrounds the vagina; this is what makes the part of the vagina close to its entrance sensitive to sexual stimulation.
